Rachel Harpootlian is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CMA Consulting Services As CFO, Mrs. Harpootlian is responsible for the overall financial management and stability of the company. George McCabe is CMA’s Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this capacity, Mr. McCabe leads CMA’s corporate and administrative technology solutions. As CIO, Mr. McCabe has full executive responsibility for all aspects of CMA’s IT strategy and delivery for CMA’s corporate activities and overall administration. He is responsible for ensuring that all activities and technology initiatives align to support business improvement and profitable growth while delivering IT safety, compliance, customer service, change management and cost efficiency.

Jeff Wendth is CMA’s Vice President of Healthcare Solutions. In this capacity, he oversees the development of strategic offerings that address the needs of clientele in the rapidly evolving, health care marketplace. Mr. Wendth possesses a unique blend of operational experience across the health care ecosystem, coupled with an appreciation for the vital role that IT and leading practices can play in driving sustainable transformations within the industry. He comes to CMA from IBM, where for 18 years, he served as an executive responsible for the development of large scale business consulting, analytics, systems integration, strategic outsourcing, and applications development/management solutions for some of the largest healthcare providers, payers and governmental organizations across North America.

Ken Romanski has served CMA as its Executive Vice President since 1987, playing a key role as CMA developed into a nationally recognized Software and Systems Integration firm. Peter Chynoweth is CMA’s Senior Vice President. In this role, Mr. Chynoweth serves as the primary leader of CMA’s market and client development, client acquisition, and sales management in support of all our core offerings. He has served as a key member of CMA’s leadership team since 1999. His responsibilities over the years have included overseeing all of CMA’s professional services division, nationwide sales and business development, training, marketing and documentation for the company.

Brian Dougherty is a CMA’s Chief Technical Architect with more than 25 years experience in the design, development, and implementation of large UNIX and IBM mainframe information systems with emphasis on Relational Database Technology (Oracle and DB2) and Data Warehouse Architectures. His specific areas of expertise include Data Warehouse Architecture, Objects and Relational Databases, Physical Database Design and Tuning, and Database Administration. His experience includes work with Fortune 500 companies including General Electric and American Express as well as state and local government.

Gary Davis is Executive Vice President of Operations. He has more than 25 years of experience managing large, diverse information technology projects which include application development, re-engineering, workflow analysis and design, data standards, systems design and implementation, human resource and financial management systems, imaging applications, and network design, implementation, and support.

Steve Zizzi is CMA’s Chief Technology Officer and also serves as our MDW Program Director. In this role, Mr. Zizzi is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of software architecture, design, and development for CMA clients. His responsibilities include management of R&D, CMA’s data centers, Software Products Division, and oversight of CMA’s Medicaid Data Warehouse for New York State.
