Ken Bruno served as outside counsel to CMA since 2008 and is currently serving as General Counsel.
As CMA’s Counsel, Mr. Bruno provides legal guidance on various business matters and leads the development of corporate procedures for the efficient and effective tracking and management of CMA’s contractual relationships, and the preparation, negotiation and administration of contractual documents. Counsel will also manage and work to mitigate CMA’s legal risk and expenses.
Mr. Bruno earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Western New England School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts and is admitted to practice law in New York State, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C. and before the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining CMA, Mr. Bruno was elected and reelected the Rensselaer County District Attorney. During his tenure in the District Attorney’s Office, he prosecuted a broad array of misdemeanor and felony cases. After 10 years in the District Attorney’s Office, he resigned to enter government relations and the private practice of law.
In 2006 Mr. Bruno started Bruno Law Offices PLLC and has been successfully representing clients in various types of cases including, civil litigation, regulatory matters before New York State government.
He is a member of the Rensselaer County and New York State Bar Associations, the National Rifle Association, the Albany Chapter of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Brunswick Sportsman Club.
