NYS Early Intervention System A multi-year project with extensive requirements across all NYS counties.
When NYS needed an Early Intervention System it turned to CMA. CMA designed, built, tested and deployed the New York Early Intervention System (NYEIS) for the Department of Health. This multi-year project included extensive requirements validation and verification, reporting and data conversion/migration as well as training and help desk services for all counties in New York State.
The Early Intervention Program in New York State is state-funded and county-administered. CMA provided a full project team including project management, technical and business analysis leads, data conversion, testing, reporting and training and documentation specialists.
CMA provides training to each county and help desk support for the NYEIS application at our dedicated help desk facility in Latham, NY.
NYEIS meets all mandated requirements of:
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
- Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
- Article 25 of New York State Public Health Law
