CMA Technology Supports Critical Healthcare Worker Retention Program
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced the launch of the State’s new Healthcare and Mental Hygiene Worker Bonus Initiative. The program is a critical component of the Governor’s efforts to reward, retain and increase the State’s Healthcare workforce by 20 percent over the next five years.
This innovative new $1.3 million dollar program will be administered through an online portal developed by CMA in partnership with Google and State Leadership. The system leverages CMA intellectual property created to serve the State’s Medicaid population as well as CMA’s proprietary Mosaic Insights platform.
“CMA is honored to partner with the Department of Health and other NYS leaders to support Governor Hochul’s Healthcare and Mental Hygiene Worker bonus initiative, bringing much needed assistance to front line healthcare workers”, said Kay Stafford, CEO of CMA, a NYS-certified Women-Owned Business. “We are proud of our team who in many instances worked tirelessly around the clock over the past 12 weeks, along with DOH and other key stakeholders, to create and implement this innovative workforce retention solution in the Google cloud, including extensive data analytics and security measures to help ensure program integrity”, added Ken Romanski, CMA President. He added “it’s also exciting to see that the program has had a terrific kick-off thus far successfully processing over 12,000 worker applications in its very first day”
