LATSnet & HRISnet Systems Earn SOC 2 Type 2
The designation offers assurance of securely managed data and client privacy in these Human Resources systems.
CMA obtained a successful SOC 2 Type 2 report for our HRISnet and LATSnet systems, following a rigorous examination from an independent auditor.
The designation award verifies that a service organization complies with AICPA requirements relevant to security, processing integrity, availability, confidentiality, and privacy. A successful SOC 2 report allows client organizations to obtain assurance about a service organization’s internal controls without the need for additional assessments.

The SOC 2 Type 2 examination addressed the LATSnet and HRISnet systems controls (administrative, technical, and logical) and how they operated throughout the audit period. The successful report indicates that CMA’s processes, procedures, and controls have been formally evaluated and tested by an independent accounting and auditing firm, and provides assurance to CMA’s customers that their data is properly and securely protected within CMA’s information systems.
