As a long-time partner of Microsoft, CMA seamlessly utilizes Microsoft Dynamics to break down silos to connect products, people, and operations.

CMA leverages Microsoft Dynamics 365 together with Office 365 and SharePoint Online to rapidly design, develop, and implement feature-rich applications that support Human Services workflows and processes. These applications meet the business requirements of our clients while providing a common look-and-feel to the overall user experience, thus further promoting end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Microsoft and Child Welfare

Our most recent project to leverage this modern high-performance platform is our CCWIS modernization project in Connecticut, CT-KIND.

Connected systems create an advantage in human services. When it comes to case management platforms, it’s vital that our child welfare clients anticipate and respond in real-time. Child Welfare workflows and processes rely on a strong foundation of person-to-person interactivity, supported by quality, timely case information organized for quick access into an instinctive decision support system.

In addition to the work in Child Welfare, CMA has utilized Microsoft .NET platforms (on which Dynamics was developed across our portfolio of systems integration projects and our own suite of HR products, including: Health and Nutrition Delivery System (HANDS); Human Resource Information System (HRIS); Leave and Accrual Tracking System (LATS); and Learning Management System (LMS).
